When you have Registered and signed our Services Contract we will provide the following services:

• We will collate information on your requirements either by telephone, email or by a face to face meeting.

• A Statement of Requirements will then be submitted to you for signing before any research starts.

• Research and a full search in your designated area will commence in a 100% confidential manner. Your details will not be disclosed until such time as you decide to purchase a property later in the process. All enquiries will be made under the UK Online Services Ltd name at this stage.

• We will submit a shortlist of no more than three properties that match your criteria for consideration. If appropriate we will then personally view them on your behalf and email you digital pictures alongside our Suggested Improvements report. This is not a survey but our opinion of what we think needs improvement in the property and to the surrounding grounds.

• At this stage if you decide to view a property selected in the shortlist we will arrange a viewing day and time still in the UK Online Services Ltd name to protect your confidentiallity and either meet you at the property or collect you from the nearest airport or railway station on the day.

• When you decide on a chosen property and decide to make a formal offer we will negotiate with the estate agent on your behalf until a mutually acceptable price is agreed by the seller.
