We have a simple system of charges

UK Domestic and Residential Properties to Buy or Rent

• We charge a set domestic one month property search registration fee of £500.00 that covers all points under our Services section of this website and up to a maximum of three shortlisted properties

• We also offer an alternative domestic service to cover a period of up to six months with up to a maximum of twelve shortlisted properties during the entire period at a set registration search fee of £1500.00

 In addition to the above registration fees for Domestic properties we also charge you a final fee on exchange of contracts with the seller which is either

• A fee of 1.25% of final purchase price (Minimum fee of £3000.00)

• Or in the case of Rental property a fee equivalent to one months rent (Minimum fee of £3000.00)

UK Commercial Properties to Buy or Rent

• We offer a one month commercial property search service based around all the points under our Services section of this website and up to a maximum of three shortlisted properties for a registration fee of £1000.00

In addition to the above registration fee for Commercial properties we also charge you a fee on exchange of contracts with the seller which is either

• A fee of 1.5% of final purchase price (Minimum fee of £5000.00)

• Or in the case of Rental property a fee equivalent to one months rent (Minimum fee of £5000.00)

Note: Searches in France incur an additional registration fee which is subject to negotiation depending on location to reflect added costs
